Our hypnotherpists specialise in quit smoking, addictions including drugs, alcohol, gambling and pornography, as well as general hypnotherapy.
You are able to to talk openly about yourself, your issues, your concerns, without fear of being judged or ridiculed.
We maintain the highest level of confidentiality, which means you never need to worry about your private matters being disclosed to anyone else. We are completely impartial, remain objective and neutral and we help you navigate the conflicts and dramas that brought you to hypnotherapy in the first place. Alfred has over 25 years experience in helping people who have encountered trauma, grief, injury or loss. He is experienced in helping individuals and groups from diverse cultures and social standing, including those of Aboriginal descent and disadvantaged individuals.

He is the former Deputy Head of Department at Monash University, and has lectured in Sociology, Organisational Theory, Aboriginal Culture, Policing, Criminology, Security Management, & Community Justice Studies at various universities including: Monash University, RMIT University, and University of Melbourne.
Alfred has been awarded an institutional Doctorate of Management.

James Podhorodecki
Clinical Hypnotherapist
​
James is a clinical hypnotherapist.
He completed his diploma with the Anglo European College of Therapeutic Hypnosis based in the UK.
His practical therapeutic interests lay in gestalt hypnotherapy, parts therapy, and the implementation of existential phenomenology in a therapeutic setting.
He is a published and peer-reviewed philosopher of Hegelian dialectical ontology.
He is continuing his post graduate research focusing on phenomenology, ontology, aesthetics, and authenticity in Sartrean existentialism.
He is an author of Aussie Gonzo Existentialism having numerous short-stories published. His debut novel was released in February of 2024.
James brings a unique narrative-based and purpose-finding quality to his therapeutic practice. He aims to reinstate power, self-reliance and adaptivity to his clients, providing them with the necessary tools for overcoming obstacles that are both physical and psychological.
